Using Slideshow Page Element

If you have photos in Flickr - group them and tag them (under organize) - remember the tag used.

In the Customize blog feature - add the Slideshow Element - and get the stream from Flickr - using the tag - they should automatically load into the page

What's your storage limit?

As of this posting, ....

Picasa Web Albums gives users 1 GB of storage just for Picasa Web Albums images which is where Blogger photos are stored as of this posting.

Adding Details

Adding your images and reflections....

If you already put your images into Flickr...you can add the link to the original photo...

Or upload the photo into Blogger (preferable)

Don't forget to tag it meaningfully (how you want to retrieve or search or categorize)

And add your own thoughts about the creation process or what it means to you - or what you learned during the process..etc...

Giving People a Chance to Comment on your Work

Not only do blogs give you a place to store and showcase your work, they also give others the ability to comment on your work as well.

Think about how much access you want the outside world to have... You can decide whether only you have access, or only those you invite, or only those who log-in, or anyone can post comments...

Using Labels (Tags) Effectively

OK, blogs allow you to showcase your work, allow others to comment - but they do one more powerful thing - They allow you to search through your work AND they allow you to categorize it...

Say for example, you want to search only your art work from your freshman year, or from each individual course, you can, as long as you labeled those postings containing information or pictures of art you created accordingly ("freshman, Art 100" for example), then you can retrieve just those posts as a group and look at them.
